Just a quick email to say thank you for a smooth and easy transaction regarding our recent purchase of “Violet”. Right from the first phone call you were all friendly and professional, not at all pushy and always did what you said you would. Your communication throughout has been fantastic and the little touches made us smile too e.g. putting “Violet” on the vans document folder 😊 We both enjoyed the drive home in her, albeit awful weather and had great fun yesterday checking everything out and making her even more pretty. The video tutorials are also really good on your website to refresh the workings of the van. We have been looking for a van for a while and your whole attitude and professionalism made the 7 hour round trip well worth it. We are delighted with her and can’t wait for our first trip next week.
