No hard sell, no pressure, great customer service

This would have been a thoroughly enjoyable car buying experience if I hadn’t got hopelessly lost when I went to collect my new car! But Julian worked out where I was, came out to meet me and led me back to the garage. Nikki made me a sandwich and coffee whilst Julian and I went through the paperwork and sorted out the PX.

The previous day there had been no hard sell of either the car or finance; we were left to go on a test drive by ourselves and there were no hovering salesmen when we were looking over the car. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The staff were all friendly without being over familiar.

Coupes & Convertibles will be my first port of call when I come to change the car – but that will be a while in the future. Thanks Julian & Nikki
